I have been studying natural healing methods and alternative treatments for common illnesses for over twenty years.  Now through the power of the internet I can share some of my learning with you.

Before I go further, I need to tell you that I am not a doctor.  I have a degree in chemical engineering.  Anything you find on this website is not to be considered medical advice and I don't claim to be able to cure anything.  I will tell you what I have found works for me and what my research tells me works for others.

While I have studied many forms of herbal and alternative medical treatments, my favorite treatments and therapies are those that have an emotional and spiritual basis.

I believe the human body is a projection of energy and if that energy is imbalanced, illness and disease is the result.
